Thank you for shopping with Cultura Automotive Lifestyle. We aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and affordably using Australia Post.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options through Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
  • Parcel Locker Delivery (available at checkout)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.

Delivery Areas

We ship Australia-wide, including to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may:

  • Leave it in a safe place (if safe drop is selected),
  • Redirect it to your nearest Post Office or Parcel Locker.

Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events
  • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
  • Australia Post disruptions

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly.
